There was only so much time for self-loathing before the time dragged its way to the right one, before the right name on his screen lit up and told George that it was time to stop thinking.

George makes a habit of pretending someone is Dream. Maybe he's setting himself up to take a fall, maybe he's better at guessing games than he thought he was.

For the past two years, the only dreams George has had the pleasure of having were horrible, horrible nightmares. These nightmares always had five things in common. In every one, each and every person he cared about died in an excruciatingly painful way. In every one, George was tied up, and there were lacerations all across his chest that bled but didn't hurt. In every one, there was someone cackling in the background. In every one, there was something there. Something he could never remember the details of when he woke up. And lastly, that something would always lick his wounds slowly, savoring his blood and fear before whispering a promise in his ear. "I'll see you soon, Georgie." ⊰⊰Trigger Warnings: Self-harm, suicide mention, drugs/alcohol intake, abuse, sexual assault mention ⊰⊰Dream has been living with his roommate Sapnap for the past few months; having spent years trying to distance himself from his parents. Whilst going somewhere with Sapnap in hopes of distracting himself from an unexpected text, he instead encounters somebody he quickly becomes infatuated with. Despite striving to convince himself otherwise, Dream finds himself in a state contrasting what he's persuaded himself for years. Spiraling thoughts, recurring anguish, and ceaseless admiration, all because of one brunette he encountered at a subway on a cold December night.Complete

So college is definitely not what George expected, let alone America itself. He was finally leaving the house and hopefully his introverted lifestyle behind as he went to his dream school with his best friend Karl by his side. What he didn't realize was that he was going to meet a bunch of crazy new friends, new experiences, and the man of his dreams. My first book and its dnf, we stan. The art that's the cover is NOT my own art. I don't know who drew it, but I will not take credit for it because it's not mine. Hey, I'm finally writing a description because I think it helps with getting people to read my story! Where should I start... Direct quote from the book George's brown eyes were lit gorgeously in the dim room, and I bit my lip to contain myself. I willed myself to face the other way but I couldn't. I lifted my head slightly and gradually leaned in. George and I kept our gazes locked. I closed my eyes as I sealed the gap between us. By the way, I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable. Sorry, I know I'm 'shipping' real people, but know that this entire book is completely fictional. 21119 words (counting the little notes)Complete
