"What do you mean 'so.......you're my mate' aren't you happy?" My voice cracking at the end.
"Well, its just that, I can smell that you are a vampire." He says in disgust.
"First of all, I'm only half vampire. Second of all, mates are supposed to love each unconditionally, no matter what!" I say, by now my lip is quivering.
"I could never love a vampire." He says with as much venom as possessible, deep frowns decorating his beautiful face. My wolf whimpered at the distaste of our mate.
