A short story about a person reflecting on a traumatic experience as they walk home from work late at night.

The experience is never described, only mentioned.

The story is written to make the reader reflect on the assumptions we make about what gender a person is, and what each gender experiences. The character's gender, ethnicity, age, anything really, is never described.
