In celebration of "International Best Friends' Day", a girl held a contest in Miyagi Prefecture for teenagers to compete in pairs, with their best friend. Kageyama didn't plan on joining, but a friend of his changed his mind.

Not knowing how he ended up being partnered with one of his former teammates, the both of them just decided to join as well, thanks to a misunderstanding.
