I decided to write this book in order to express myself 
But also to help others express themselves too
As a person with a lot of insecurities 
I know what goes through a teenager's mind as I'm one too 
So this book is a place where I let people tell me anything they want to 
And it is also a book where I will try my best to help those who suffer from depression and anxiety and insecurities 
Even if I am not able to help myself 

It is kind of a dairy 
But not all of my secrets will be revealed
