Yui Homura was born with a quirk that people saw as a blessing though in her own view, she saw it as more of a curse. The power to heal by taking the wounds of others onto herself-- it was a powerful quirk that hurt herself in order to save others. As the Commission always told her, "It's the quirk of a true hero."
Sold off to the Commission at a young age, Yui Homura has been used in secret as a trump card in hero society... the girl that could heal almost any wound. What happens however, when the villains also learn of her secret? Yui has always found the world to be cold, her hope in the heros declining every day as they use her as nothing more than a tool. When cerulean eyes and blue flames seek her out, will she be loyal to the heros and society whom she's served for most of her life-- or will she take a chance on a complete stranger and run away?
