Omega

What happens when the perfect weapon turns against its creator?... Sixteen year old, Ellena Samson, is just trying to survive World War III. She hasn't seen her father in four years as he fights overseas for their country, barely able to send home a letter every two months. Her mother is quickly breaking apart as she tries to care for three children, maintain a functional household and do everything she can to support the war effort. Her younger sister happens to be her exact polar opposite and is travelling through her rebellious phase, and her brother is too innocent to be of much help to anyone.

As living in a constant state of fear and paranoia is also dismantling the general public, Ellena feels as though her entire world is crumbling down around her. How can anything get much worse when The Nuclear War seems to be the actual apocalypse?

The answer is the creation of the Omega. The perfect super soldier. Faster, smarter, more beautiful and durable than the average human, this elite force is unstoppable. Although bullets can harm them, every Omega can heal three times the speed of the natural human body. Human fears, doubts and emotions do not plague them either as they literally have no conscience. A killing machine bred for war. A weapon infinitely more powerful than human beings ever could be, tasked with the simple order of murdering the enemy and winning the war. However, there is one flaw that defines an Omega.

As the perfect species built for war, anything inferior to them must be destroyed. Which includes all of humanity. As the entire world becomes a battlefield, Ellena must do everything she can to protect what remains of her family as they are forced on the run from death.
