Johnny Valentine is dead. After Kayden Gideon and his crew beat him beyond what he could handle, he killed himself. Now, Kayden is praised by his school. He's now see a saviour because Johnny's suicide note was addressed to him, but Kayden could never bring himself to read it. When he finally does, everything is finally revealed.
This story is told through both the point of view of Johnny's ghost and Kayden, observing the aftermath of Johnny's death.
