Brighton is only six years old and could be the only or last hope. Ever since President Snow changed the rules of the games, Clove and Cato don't want Brighton to go into the games at only six. Once she gets reaped, everything isn't going to plan. Capitol does something to Brighton and the medics in district 13 don't know the antidote. District 13 can't afford to lose the only or last hope.
