James Stenad is new to town and already hates it. The people in town are complete tool. He had to move with his brother, the amazing detective. They're both hoping to get answers on their parents deaths.
When Penelope and James meet because he catches her as shes pushed down the stairs. James make the decision to protect her at all cost. Penelope is thankful but she just wants to be left alone.
