Have you ever heard of the Animaniacs show? The show ran from 1993 to 1998. It featured three kids of royal decent: The Warner brothers Yakko and Wakko and the Warner sister Dot. All three would raise carnage around the Studio whenever they could.
Now, 22 years later, it's time for a reboot. But while this is happening, there's conflict running about.
While the Studio toons prepare for the Animaniacs reboot, word goes around that for months now the United States have been in conflict with a foreign country. In fact, the entire nation is launching an evacuation order in order to keep the citizens from one dangerous threat nobody wished to resort to: death from above.
A nuclear bomb.
The reboot preparation is out of the question now. The task now is to get everyone out and away from California, which has been listed as a possible area that risks attack. The evacuation date is June 3rd, 2020. At exactly 1:00 PM sharp. On that day, everything seems to be going to plan.
But suddenly, all hell breaks loose when a warhead is launched and detonated above Burbank and the surrounding area. Some perish in the explosion. Some perish from the debris launched. There are survivors, and due to their toon logic the toons of Burbank survive as well. But they don't go on for long, as some begin to fall ill with a mysterious disease of some sort that mutates them into these creatures. Whatever was in that bomb wasn't natural and is harmful to the toons.
The rest of the toon population may or may not be immune, but one thing is certain: they're in danger. Thus, they make a plan to evacuate California on their own terms as a family. But with threats roaming around the city and supplies running low and such, how will they make it?

(Animaniacs belongs to Warner Bros. Studios, the characters used belong to them as well. I do not own any of them, aside from my own character, Fallon.)
