His name is Clay, everyone is terrified of him and his group, but mostly him because he is the number 1 wanted criminal for mastermind murders
Clay has a group full of criminals.
Nick, wanted for blackmail and torture.

Dave, wanted for kidnapping children.

Zak, wanted for helping Darryl with murder.
