After Leyna woke up in Ninjago, she had to protect their people, find a way home, and keep herself from becoming attached to a world she can't stay in. ////
Leyna Dawn's life had turned upside down BEFORE she woke up in a different realm. The sudden death of a close friend and mentor has left her a lifeless wreck. Until she feels something calling to her...
After a strange encounter she can barely remember, Leyna woke up in the middle of nowhere, confused and unsure where she was. Unfortunately, she realizes she was in a different realm entirely.
Knowing the things at stake in her own dimension, she tries to find a way back. But when Leyna finds out what is being fought in this world, she's reluctantly pulled into their conflict. As much as she wants to ignore it to find a way home, she can't turn her back on anyone who needs her help.
But soon, she's not just fighting the evils here, she's fighting her own emotions. She can't stay in this world knowing about the war in her own realm. But she's begun to care very much for the ninja she's fought with and become more attached to this world than she ever thought she could.
When the time comes, which will she choose? Her home realm and the war she's left behind? Or Ninjago and the people she's come to love?

Aarna never thought two pink lines could shake her world.
She stood frozen, staring at the test in her trembling hands. Pregnant. A word she had longed to hear, yet feared the most.
Would he accept it? Or would he push her away again, just like before?
The door creaked open. Her heart pounded.
Sharad's sharp gaze met hers. "What are you hiding?"
Her breath hitched. She wasn't ready for this. Not yet.
