Clandestino

Fallon Castelli was an undercover officer with a single mission: infiltrate the Mafia's Grande Cremisino Corona Syndicate and bring them down from the inside. Stefano Caltanissetta, the boss, was her major goal. The assignment itself was straightforward enough, until Fallon became too involved and absconded not just from the task, but also from the city.

She's been drawn back into Sicily's shady underworld two years later. A heinous string of murders has engulfed the city, and the perpetrators are unmistakably Mafia. The challenge is determining which Syndicate is to blame, and Fallon - the foremost authority on Yakuza matters - is the woman best prepared for the job.

Despite her resolve to avoid Sicily - and Stefano - Fallon - she finds herself right back in the heart of Grande Cremisino Corona, and it seems a lot more like home than she cares to admit.
