My life turned upside down when I was 13 My father was murder right in front of my eyes by his own brother My mother betrayed me and my father When I was 13 I was thrown in a cell and haven't seen the light since 5 years later I was finally let out of my cell And was told I had to fight for my life ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After the war that destroyed mostly every thing in America, in order to survive three major cities were built to help restore what was lost. To get everything back to normal again. Around those cities are small villages were the poor lives. The people who are barely surviving. The major city is called Alancia and that is were Victoria lives. Her father use to be the Leader of Alancia along side with his wife and brother. Until one day his brother killed him in cold blood and locked Victoria up in a cell. When she turned 18 she was offered a deal. Each year Alancia holds a fighting tournament for public display. The biggest and the baddest fight in this tournament and barely make it out alive. She has to fight in this tournament and if she won she had her freedom back. If she lost she would loose her freedom once again. Victoria knows she can't pass up this opportunity up. Even though she would be reminiscing old memories And meeting someone who can ruin it all Whatever the cost is she is willing to fight. It is not because you don't have a wild imagination, but because our societies have made our heads so biased to what they think is proper, that our heads get stuck to stereotypes and prejudices. Every other way of thinking seems wrong. But, there always are a few rebels. The rebels who define the world as they see it. The rebels who don't let others define them. The rebels who break the barriers. The rebels for whom the sky, is just the lower limit. But the people look at them from a sight of disgust. They forget that these people have not had a simple life.... Bring in that thirteen year old a drug addict who graduated from the top of her class at MIT. That, my friend is me, Louissa Marx... Caroline raised her children to believe they needed to achieve perfection to succeed. As a result, Victoria grew up with self esteem issues and low self worth. But that's not all. Victoria must decide if she'll be a cruel, judgemental and demanding woman as her mother was, or to learn that as humans, we all have flaws. The decision is Victoria's, because the fate of her country lies in her hands. Will her aspirations and dreams to create a utopian society prevail, or will they turn into disappointments and nightmares of a dystopian society? She has power and control to change society for better or worse.

Alfie's Ideals is a story about a young boy who has been experiencing his youth on a self-judgemental view due to how society viewed him. And just then, he eventually reunites with his shy, but caring childhood friend Theresa whom he met in the past. The two of them shared a special connection back then, but was separated due to a certain tragedy that happened. And that very same tragedy brought him amnesia. Will he finally learn self-love? To forgive himself for being a 'failure' in the past? Or will he never stop judging himself for seeing himself as a 'mediocre human being'? His peculiar ideology effects on how he does on school and life greatly. And he has yet to accomplish his mysterious ideals as he faces his disillusion towards society which brought him his inner conflict.
