Sakusa loved Osamu in middle-school. But he realizes, but doesnt think much about- in middle-school how he loves Osamu but something about Osamu is missing that he likes about him.
Osamu moves away and Sakusa realizes that he doesn't have a liking for him anymore, and that he was just being a stupid, dumb, middle-schooler.
That leads him to think... Will I ever love someone like I loved Osamu? Will I fall in love with anyone again? Will I let anyone touch me, just like how I let him touch me....?
Even though he has fangirls..., he believes he will never fall in love with anyone, even the fangirls.
That is until in Highschool he plays a match with Osamu's team.
And realizes.
He fell in love with one of Inazarki's (dunno how to spell it) dumb teammates.
