'I have no need for you, I simply desire your King.'
    King and Queen of Spades, Alfred and Arthur, live through their normal days proceeding with meetings, discussing the boring adult stuff if you will, and overall having a time of blatant time between the other Kingdoms. 
   During a day of exhaustion between the two monarchs, the Queen excuses himself, resulting in the appearance being frail as the other ceases to appear, fretting for the worst Alfred searches through the palace halls before stumbling through a portal to a different dimension. Hoping to find his other half, he goes through, but what he finds instead might reveal the true state of affairs for the two, and what has secretly been lurking in the shadows.

The old king is dead. His son, Alfred F. Jones, rises to the throne and has to find a Queen. When Alfred finally finds his Queen, who's surprisingly a boy, he notices he is slowly falling in love with him. War with the Clubs is looming in horizon, and tensions in the monarchy begin to grow as they learn a dangerous secret, which might cost Alfred and Arthur their lives. And what is the Jokers' role in this?
