In another universe, children are given a random power at birth, and whatever power they have is what they're stuck with for life. People got used to living this way after years and years, and whatever power they had would result in a tattoo being anywhere on their bodies. Whether it be their arms, back, legs, torso, anywhere. But some people got greedy throughout the years and some of them had higher power than others, and this resulted in people trying to find ways to get a different power.All Rights Reserved
