Red Line Capital, a stockbroking firm owned and founded by Kylo Ren dubbed as "The Wolf of Wall St." according to last year's Forbes Magazine.
As their status grows, so do the amount of substances they abuse. They draw attention throwing lavish and expensive parties for their employees when they hit the jackpot on high trades.

The novel takes place in a high-end well known burlesque club in New York. The club features nightly shows that combine music, theatre, burlesque and erotica.

After a brief first meet with Kylo, Daisy soon learns of her common factor in his business, her boyfriend; a stockbroker who works for Kylo at his firm. Kylo starts to become more intrigued with the young dancer and their worlds collide finding out they have much in common.
