History has taught people that when there is a minority, there will be oppression.
History has also taught people that, when there is oppression, there will be people who will fight against it.
So in the world of superheroes and superpowers, it can still happen. The oppression is now faced against those with no powers. The weak. The helpless and powerless.
But in the center of it all, is Izuku Midoriya.
"Even a worm will turn" they will fight for their freedom, their lives.
The quirkless aren't going down without a fight.
It all started with a little loophole in the system.
Aka: Izuku starts a quirkless revolution and takes on the world.
