Shoto Todoroki, the youngest son had by the king and queen, has an extreme dream of seeing the outside world he only hears of in his books. His brother, Touya, wants his brother to grow far from how he was raised-- in a glass box protected by guards-- and helps him fulfill his dream.
On the way, Touya unintentionally helps his brother meet his first-ever outsider.
