The Freedom Fighters are the greatest heroes and have been the protectors of Mobius for many years. One day, an attack happens in which many innocent lives are lost. The G.U.N. agency tells the Freedom Fighters that they haven't been aware of what they leave behind after a fight. They ask the team to sign the Mobian Accords and be under the supervision of G.U.N. Silver and a few others do, while Sonic and the other half of the team don't apply to it. This tears apart the whole entire team, and it will all soon come down to something they never even imagined doing; something Lyla never wanted to happen.

The Freedom Fighters have fought many battles... but will they be able to fight this one... against each other?
