James Potter grew up in a wonderful home with a loving mum and dad who taught him how to treat a women, but that soon gets thrown out the window. Delaney Bemont grew up in a worn-down orphanage with no one, but a horrid caregiver.

After the night they shared, she wakes up and leaves instantly, not wanting to face the awkwardness of the next morning. After the night they shared, he wakes up naked, with a pounding headache and no recollection of the night before.

She knew not to approach him unless he approached her first... that was until a month after when she couldn't even think of her favorite sweet without throwing up. He kept watch on her, though he was in a "healthy" relationship with a certain red-head. Images her beneath him, or of him beneath her fill his dreams at night, but he doesn't know why.

Delaney tries to talk to him about the baby, but Lily Evans gets in the way, and in the end driving her away from Hogwarts.

That is until less than a year later... when they meet again in the Order of the Phoenix.
