Gods are notorious for making a mess of things and leaving others to deal with the aftermath. They take no responsibility, and now the universe bears the consequences. 

So what happens when a god decides to live amongst mortals?

And what happens when that same god loses everything she cherished, but gains so much more. 

Meláni is new to the mortal realm, and plans to live her new found life to the fullest. Joined by friends who she comes to realise are more like family, she grows to be widely loved and respected. Something she always craved.

This is the first of three stories I've written in a series about development and growth in some kind of metaworld beyond time. (the other two are partially planned and partially written) I have no formal training and seriously question my abilities as a story teller, but I can dream big dreams and so I'll try and share them with you, as well as I can.
