*A twisted Persephone Story* If you could experience death before actually dying, what would you feel? What would you say? Was it agonizing or peaceful? After being the main victim in a brutal murder caused by her supposed best friend, Amara gets to witness firsthand what dying is really like. And it was nothing she could ever explain. Ever. After Amara Accardi magically recovers and witnesses her best friend's life sentence, she is immediately visited by a dangerously handsome man. There he tells her she was supposed to die, and now he must take her back to the underworld where she belongs. But what if she was supposed to do more than merely return with him?
