Vincent Van Gogh the creator of the matserpiece, The Starry Night, is an extremely misunderstood artist. The genius struggled with mental health issues his entire life and towards the end of it killed himself. He created many stunning works where he felt and saw his surroundings in a different light. And although he has passed, he has left a legacy for generations to come. This story is a way to tell his life through the eyes of someone different.

TW: Killing, Death, Mental Health

The main character, Fleur Nacht is born a few years before the first World War, but her parents are killed when she turns seven. Her trauma of the war and raising herself gives her character and new-found passions. She moves from her hometown in Holland to Paris, France to explore her dream of being a painter, but she doesn't feel inspired. As she leaves the city, she meets Kiki Rin a local potter who too had lost her parents in the war. They bond and later move down south. Fleur ends up being locked into an asylum but is presented with new inspiration that leads both her and Rin closer together but farther apart.
