It's been 3 years since the battle against Sailor Galaxia and Earth is at peace and the Sailor Guardians continue to live their normal life in high school and their respective goals in life.
One day, Usagi Tsukino got a call from his family that his younger cousin is coming to live with Juban, a young aspiring writer named Paige who Usagi knew in her childhood years.
However, a strange phenomenon happens as parts of Juban begin to disappear along with people too.
Upon this, Usagi and her friends decided to investigate and stumble upon a dimensional world called the Wonder World. Then strange monsters called Megids begin attacking people as the Sailor Guardians' attacks are proven to be ineffective against them.
Then to their surprise, Paige came along after accidentally stumbling upon the phenomenon and witnessed his cousin' secret. Upon seeing the attacks and the Sailor Guardians getting hurt, his mind remained on the strange dreams he's having.
"I'll protect my friends and return the city to normal!"
As fate has called to him, Paige harnesses a new power of the ancient mythical Red Dragon and merges with him, becoming The Flame Swordsman, Saber. Now the Sailor Guardians and Paige face a new danger between The Real World and The Wonder World as the battle will reach an ending and only Sailor Moon and Saber can write the fate of the dimensional worlds as it falls into their hands.
