Around the world, in the beginning of the winter season, wolves send off their eldest pups to fend for themselves and build new lives; Dispersing. For Violet Bane, it is a curse and a blessing. History has always talked of war amongst men. What they never speak of, is the war between immortals. When the wolves leave on this Dispersing , something is different and it sets plans in motion. When war beckons at everyone's door, the answer is simple. The chosen one must lead. With the help of other immortals, good and evil will meet on the battlefield, and only the strong, will survive.
