Danganronpa 2 spoilers so if you don't want to be spoiled begone it also contain different murders and victims then cannon also this is part of much bigger AU which the other parts are not out yet
Before Izuru Connected to the Neo World program he infected it with a virus that contained Junko Enoshima - the ultimate despair but it also contained one extra thing Which Izuru added it was a way that he could keep his mind so he could possibly help Junko it would intervene his avatar making process and takes his mind which he knew would be still intact and then it would forcefully inject it into another person's avatar and would then let him work with his mind fully intact but this didn't work and now Hajime is now confused why he is in a nurses body
