Life is a Storm of lies, pain and hardships for 14 year old Autumn who spent many years in the house of the Jenkins family. Being a foster child is often very difficult with hunger not only for food and love, but also for being treated as an equal, a human being.
Autumn's life is exactly like that, with the added responsibility of looking after an elderly lady and helping younger children living in similar conditions; all without letting her foster father know.
An encounter with a young boy might just change her life for the better as secrets start slowly surfacing, a puzzle will be pieced together and questions will be answered. Follow Autumn on her journey of healing, learning how to trust people and of course; letting herself love others. After all; family is everything.
Add some guns, knives, drugs, violence, blood and a group of long lost mafia brothers in the picture and you will see with your own eyes, just how every Storm is followed by a Rainbow.
TRIGGER WARNING: Contains mentions of abuse, neglect, violence and small mentions of rape, with a whole lot of dark humor and a bit of mature language. Some of my characters use humor as a way of coping with their trauma! If you are sensitive to any of the topics mentioned above please refrain from reading my story!

This story isn't that great considering I wasn't serious about it in the beginning. There are lots of plot holes, grammar mistakes, things that don't make sense. I was thinking about taking it down but then I decided to just finish it quickly since there are a few readers who like this.
