In May 14th 1975, An American CIA Operative named Bill Lair cooperation with the Hmong leader Vang Pao's People saved from the Communist North Vietnamese Forces in Laos. And Bill Lair's great connections with hill tribe people called the Hmong. The Hmongs were there to fight against the North Vietnamese on the frontlines but, losing in the war due to the American withdrawal ordered by 37th Republican President Richard Nixon in 1973. It was almost end of the war for the Hmong people but, the American Central Intelligence Agency Operative Bill Lair later came back to save his dear friend Vang Pao's people to escape in Long Cheng Laos.
