( While balling my eyes out, I hadn't noticed the black serpent creature emerging from the narrow entrance of the room, and making its way towards me. Only when the creature hissed, did I spring up, and hurriedly crawl backwards, eventually hitting the back wall with my back. Now cornered, the xenomorph soldier stood up, and stepped towards me. Life With A Yautja Child (Book 2)
We headed north for a day, or what i thought was north, to be honest, I couldn't tell. The pain from my leg was making my mind blur and each passing minute was pure agony. Nutmeg was beginning to tire and the pups, well I had to pick them up a while back, they kept on falling behind. I suppose I'm lucky in some ways, one of them been that it's spring and not winter but the wind is still cold, its always so cold... Hope I make this book as good as the last one.
