In a world left unknown to its inhabiters a young Shadow Person, decides to learn more. Ezra is a Shadow Person, a Shadow Person is people with animal extensions. People can be almost completely human or almost completely animal, it depends. Some of said extensions can be: wings/tails/scales/horns/fur/ears etc. some can even have inhuman like extents like, ability to go weeks without water, the ability to breathe underwater, ability to smell more, ability to see in the dark, etc. Ezra however is a raven with a magnificently large wingspan. He's always been curious but was never aloud to go too far out or so he remembers. Ever sense he was a little boy he was attracted to the light. One day he decides to go alone on at adventure! Well... temporarily alone..
