In an alternate universe, Tashi Akuma is Quirkless. It wouldn't be a problem... Except for the fact that he's tormented by Neito Monoma and (an unwilling) Shoto Todoroki.
Tashi was ready to just give up on being a Hero until, Nana Shimura, gifts Tashi with a red and blue super spider. It bites him and granted him amazing spider powers!
Now, as his new Hero name: Spider-Man, he'll show UA High and any villains..With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility!
