Tallulah, a young(slightly odd), beautiful narcotics agent of NGIC, is tasked with the protection of Blyke Multen through the guise of...adoption? She's unamused by this and determined to do things her way- which to her logic, is the highway because it's the fastest rout.
Blyke, the handsomely annoying narcissistic addict, unintentionally becomes charmed by Tallulah. However, he refuses to let go of his bad habits, which ultimately bring him a pain he'd come to regret more than the pain of withdrawals.

Narc: Short for "narcotics agent". A federal agent or police officer who specializes in dealing with illegal drug cases.

[COMPLETE] I looked at my mom's blue eyes. They held love. Her kind of love. Empty yet full of all her emotions at the same time. It was hard to explain. While her face remained calm, her eyes screamed of fear, joy, anger, love, sadness, pleasure and hatred. She didn't flinch. The traces of emotion rested within her blue irises and her black pupils. Those were the parts that held her screaming soul. Her raging spirit. Her crying mind. A child who had to grow into a woman she did not want to be. She raised the gun toward me. Warning.
