Coin wanted Peeta rescued and thinks that Katniss would be to hard under control since she doesn't obey order. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...
