"I think my favorite headcanon that I have is Luke joining the bau and right away he realizes Spencer is autistic and is the only one to say something about it (im thinking he has a family member who is as well) and so he goes up to the team (minus spencer) and is like "Hey so Spencer is autistic what kinda resources do you guys have for him?
