(Entry for @sciencefiction contest) It has been 20,500 years since we left. It was coming. So we prepared. The space cruiser departed Earth in search of a new hope, a new planet. Of course we failed. Tisis
Earth lies in ruins after the war which truly was to end all wars. All those who could afford it, fled the planet into the grand void. Those who could not and were still lucky enough to survive holed up in the few somewhat habitable areas left on the planet. One day however, salvation came from the stars, as the Asmodei descended upon the ruined earth, bearing promises of a new world for mankind to thrive on. A fresh start, to make up for the follies of the past. But nothing works out quite as advertised, does it?Concluida

Souless
In a apocalyptic world, no one has a soul. All children are born from either abuse, or women raise them to abuse/manipulate. The earth is almost completely desolate, as people trick and murder each other to get what they want. The only thing left that gives a semblance of dreams is: a power that gives control over earth to anyone who touches the item. People form teams to attempt finding the thing, to destroy all life they see as unnecessary, they further trick and murder each other to get what they want, including the thing... The search for destruction destroys everyone who reaches to the power.Concluida
