Naruto rarely sees his friends anymore, with Sakura training to become a better medical-nin all the time and Sasuke being confined to his own apartment under constant watch. When interdimensional activity is discovered far, far south, in the middle of the ocean, Kakashi unites the Konoha 11 + Sasuke and sends them off on an adventure to check it out. Having the group back together again is totally weird, but much more exciting than anything else going on. The group travels the seas in search of a new potential villain, while also dealing with the repercussions of the past war.
