Myth

17 parts Complete

"Not like you can." Those are four words that Evelyn Stadler will never be able to forget. They are the end of her conventional life, and the beginning of an unexpected adventure. Nothing will ever be the same. After following the instructions on a peculiar note found in her room, Evelyn stumbles upon a secret that has been attempted to be concealed for centuries. She was the product of one of the biggest mistakes in history, a mistake that has altered the course of the world and ultimately forces Evelyn to be a player in a game of the good, bad and unaware. She is a demigod, and, for better or worse, there are others like her. Evelyn soon discovers being a demigod comes with heavy responsibilities. Fortunately, the eldest member of the group that introduces her to her new life instructs a handsome satyr, Ethelios of Crete, to be her partner in order to guide and assist her with the many complications of being a demigod. In time, with the help of Ethelios, Evelyn transforms from fragile young girl to self-confident woman. Despite the fact Evelyn never expected herself to be anything more than an anxious teenager, she eventually realizes that she has some power over her own fate, even if the gods have more control than she would like.
