Each with their own element of air, water, earth and fire. They were one with their elemental animals and travelled the spirit and human realm freely. Fire Lord Azulon was one of the very few humans aware that this folklore was more than a mere legend, although slightly altered, but factual. He sought out dragons and in one of his searches he found a Child of the Forest with a Fire Element by sheer unfortunate luck and after defeating her, he imprisoned her. (Y/N) was seen as the key object of victory within the Fire Nation and a driving force of power to their legacy and supremacy but to Zuko she was not a weapon of mass destruction or a spirit creature; she was so much more. Though the acrobat has remained absent for some time both write when they can to stay in touch. This story picks up with one such letter as Azula struggles to fight for her second chance. She isn't willingly to let it go this time, but keeping it is far more difficult than she anticipated. Especially when the person who has helped her the most is halfway across the world.
