A werewolf for example.
The Seed family doesn't see this a threat. Jacob and John see this creature as an opportunity. But the female werewolf doesn't really want to work with that.

Leandra 'Andi' Stoddart - Hope County hometown girl, grew into the woman every man wanted to be with and women envied and wanted to be.
