Y/N has been working for S.H.E.L.D. for five years now. Before that her life was mostly occupied by working with HYDRA. She was kidnapped at the age of 8 to become a weapon molded by them. At 18 years old she accidentally fell into the lake and blacked out. 70 years later, a certain soldier woke her up. After escaping she found out everything they used her for; a killing machine. She then found herself joining the working line she promised she wouldn't work with. Following directions was never her forté until she gets out of line and compromises the entire mission, now she is forced to work with the one person she hates who reminds her constantly of her past, James Barnes. But the tension between them is more that just hatred. Come on, could I make it more obvious?
A/N : I am horrible when it comes to descriptions, so I sincerely apologize for that. This book includes SMUT, FLUFF, and mentions of PTSD, and Knives. Not everything Hydra did had a specific purpose. Sometimes they tortured people and ruined lives just because they could. The kidnapping of Joana Kegley served no greater purpose than to help break in their newest experiment.
