Malcolm is a 15 year old, gay, Hispanic boy who has adhd. He falls into a post-apocalyptic world and has to find his way home. Will fighting monsters and meeting new people get him there? He doesn't know, but he is very confused and terrified, and to be fair, we would probably be too.

I saw this WP on Reddit, and I had a lightbulb moment. Since the age of 14, you've noticed a monster stalking you. A few years later, you've noticed it seems very protective over you and will go through extreme measures to protect you. I love writing with these characters because they are so distinct, and quite fun to write with, too. I decided that I wanted to write about how Hyde might deal with his feelings if he had anxiety, and then it kinda turned into him also being bisexual and having more than a little crush on a certain Forman boy.
