Nightmare is sad about the relationship and fights he has with Dream. So the 'Bad Sanses', as they've been dubbed by basically the whole fandom, want to capture Dream. Since they very much fail, they ask Sci to make them a potion that could make someone vulnerable enough to be captured.
I am a very big disappointment when it comes to descriptions/summaries. But! I promise it'll make sense.
