You've heard the story of Hansel and Gretel before, but never like this.
When Hansel and Gretel are abandoned in the woods, they think they won't survive-that is until they come upon a mysterious Raven that leads them to safety. They think they are out of the woods, but in reality, their troubles are just getting started. Once led to a beach, both twins are quickly devoured by a massive fish. Inside the creature, they come upon a house and the lady who lives there. Unfortunately for them, she is a witch and she quickly captures both the children. She locks Hansel away and forces Gretel to become her apprentice. Can these young children escape? Will Gretel be able to cope with the training she is forced to endure?
Only time will tell.

She wants to expand their little cottage into the finest set of lodgings in all of Germany. Money is an issue. As are the tricks Agatha plays against on the customers, always trying to worm her way back into a human form. The money problem could be solved by a wealthy investor, such as her neighbor Thomas, but that man only has one thing on this mind. And then the war came. Across the border the French have overthrown their King and established something called a Republic. German troops march west to avenge the death of their Emperor's brother-in-law and Hansel has marched with them. What's more the magic in the house is fading. The witch Agatha says it needs a new Master to make new rules and new spells, or else it will melt away into nothing. But is Gretel up to the task?
