Y/n Amidala has always been in her sisters shadow. Everyone always saw her as the weaker Amidala, until she was abducted by Count Dooku and  trained the be the galaxy's deadliest assassin.  She is slowly working  her way up to becoming a sith and gets a mission to kill her sister and take out the Jedi one by one from the inside.  There is an extra bonus to the mission, and that is to persuade a certain Jedi to the dark side, Anakin Skywalker.

Star Wars Episode I The Clone War The galaxy is in a conflicted state. A cold war had been brewing through major star systems. Technological advances has led to perhaps the most dangerous outcome of all. The creation of both a Battle Droid Army and a Clone Army. Naming this conflict, "The Clone War" Star Systems on either side have been clamoring, and fleeing to either The Republic or The Separatists. The leader of The Separatists, Count Dooku, has been methodically and carefully convincing scared Star Systems to join him while secretly working on a new batch of Battle Droids called Commandos.
