Y/N is terrified of using her quirk. Killing her parents when she was a child, she swore never to use her quirk again. Say, if she slowed down a second to become a minute, later in the day time will speed up and a minute becomes a second. Y/N cannot yet control when this happens, and she can't speed or slow too much of time a day (unless her quirk is out control).
