At age 16 you receive your soul mark, this is a mark on your skin where your soulmate first touches you. When you and your soulmate connect the marks will change and become lighter colors like scars on the skin. Ophelia Trinity lives life with some very noticeable soul marks. One around her neck the other on her chin. These both pull a lot of attention her way, not all of it good. What will happen when she meets a man in a grocery store then another in an art gallery, neither caring about her marks, will she allow herself to explore this or will she shut it down due to fear? This is also posted on AO3 and will undergo editing. I just wanted to throw this idea out here and if it takes off.
