This my first fanfic and description sorry if terrible:

After Quirks first appeared changing the world were superheroes and supervillains exist, people noticed that only females had quirks and males did not leading to males dying out. And after a century males only making up about 5% of the remaining population with our MC Izuku Yagi being one of them and having a dream of being the first ever male hero to spite the people who did not believe in him, the bullies that hurt him and his old family who neglected and abused him. While also taking care of his adoptive daughters.(I will update description when more of story comes out)

This Izuku is flat out quirkless and powerless, no reincarnation of a ancient entity, no magical chosen one, no branch of human evolution. His dream to become a hero is all but extinguished and he's just focusing on getting to a support course to take over the business of his dead father left behind. But what if he was at the wrong place at the right time? What if he was pulled into someone else's fate via proximity? And what if hero society wasn't all it's cracked up to be.
